Tidewater Emmaus By-Laws

The Tidewater Emmaus By-Laws have been in need of updating from their 2005 version. The Board has reviewed and updated the By-Laws and presents these updates to the Community for adoption. Our by-laws indicate that the Community shall have a total of 4 Gatherings to review and adopt the updated by-laws.

The By-Laws are available for your review until the February 20, 2010 Gathering. During the March Gathering the Community will vote on the adoption of the updated By-Laws. The following documents contain:

1. The current TWE by-laws from 2005
2. The proposed updated by-laws
3. A summary of by-laws updates from the 2005 - 2009 version

Any questions you have about the by-laws updates can be submitted to any Board member or raised during any Gathering between now and February 20, 2010 (February Gathering). The vote to adopt the by-laws will take place during the March Gathering.
